Senior Sales Development Representative (1-3 years)

InfoDesk’s proprietary “”Smarter Data”” technology gathers, normalizes, enriches, and summarizes content in real-time from external and internal sources to deliver business-critical insights that help clients increase their competitive awareness, mitigate risks, and make confident data-driven strategic decisions.

Roles and responsibilities:

I am part of a high-performing sales organization responsible for the introduction of our software to new, prospective clients. Working alongside my Account Executive and the Marketing function, together we drive the growth of InfoDesk in our existing clients and into new clients. My core responsibilities are to ensure our prospective customers are informed about InfoDesk and to find the strategic alignment for my Account Executive partner to delve deeper into.

Required skills:

  • Qualified pipeline generation
  • Be the benchmark of performance for other members of the team
  • Identifying potential prospective customers through desk research
  • Use multiple avenues to connect with your prospects
  • Keep industry knowledge up to date and be ready to discuss the topics
  • Partner with account executives to develop campaigns that align to their territory goals based on a “territory plan”
  • Leverage creative marketing and sales tactics to help the SDR team prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas to introduce InfoDesk’s value proposition
  • Develop coaching skills and run occasional training sessions (supported by SDR Manager) for the SDR Team
  • Team training and support in addition to the support given by the Account Executive, CRO, and other team members.

Additional skills:

  • An understanding of sales prospecting
  • Bring energy and a ‘get it done’ attitude
  • A desire to learn and evolve every day
  • The ability to bounce back from knockdowns
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and over the phone
  • Previous SDR experience
  • Familiarity with Outreach, Salesforce, or other sales enablement tools (required)
  • Degree educated (desired but not mandatory)
  • Sales training or certifications (advantageous).

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a talented team of product designers that delivers functional and usable designs that delights our software buyers and end users
  • Create a holistic UX vision and strategy, consolidating core use cases of multiple products in our portfolio into a single, consistent, usable, delightful UI
  • Facilitate the design and user testing workshops, interacting with customers and internal stakeholders as part of the process
  • Oversee multiple design projects and deliver them on vision, on time
  • Set design goals and deadlines, shaping the product design roadmap
  • Mentor and grow the Product Design team in both size and capabilities, ensuring a high level of engagement and performance.

Required skills:

  • Running the entire sales process within your defined territory
  • Proposal creation, negotiation, and close
  • Keeping the company CRM up to date
  • Giving feedback from the market back to the product management process
  • Maintain, through organized training and self-learning, your product, industry, and sales knowledge
  • Running sales presentations and demonstrations through online meetings and in-person meetings.

Additional skills:

  • Prior sales experience in a B2B sale with a proven track record of achieving quota
  • Bring energy and a ‘get it done attitude
  • A desire to learn and evolve every day
  • The ability to bounce back from knockdowns
  • The ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and over the phone
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (advantageous) or other CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales-tools
  • Experience selling to large pharmaceutical (or similar) companies (advantageous).
