InfoAlert Services
Call upon services that give your end-users control over their information workflows, including the ability to:
- View information sources that they are entitled to
- Create and edit their personal alerts based on criteria most important to them
- Save searches and set up email alerts based on the saved criteria
- Manage their own alert frequencies
- Subscribe to company-wide enabled information alerts
In this add-on service, you are also able to create users, assign predefined permissions, or assign access to specific InfoAlert features via Identify and Access Management (IAM) functionalities, enabling you to keep control over resource access.
Publisher's Workspace Services
Integrate flexible editing and publishing functionality within your internal applications, such as:

Create new articles from scratch or edit a previously published article from any source available to that specific user

Store draft articles until they are ready to publish, or share them with colleagues

Publishing capabilities including sending newsletters, publishing articles to alerts and making articles accessible via search
